Patrick’s practice focuses on civil and criminal litigation, labor, contract, and corporate laws. He is admitted to the Philippine Bar.

Patrick has competitive experience in representing individual and corporate clients before trial and appellate courts, as well as quasi-judicial bodies. He has advised clients on various contracts, such as construction, labor, and corporate agreements. He has also assisted in handling different intellectual property matters for local and foreign companies.
Patrick’s paper, “(Dis)Proving Foreign Law: Understanding Processual Presumption in the Philippines and Arguing for a Confrontational Approach in Dealing with Conflict Cases,” has been published in the Philippine Law Journal (89 Phil. L.J. 430 [2015]).
