Meer Meer & Meer was founded in 1951 by pillars in the legal and business sector. Bibiano L. Meer, former Commissioner of Internal Revenue and the Bureau of Customs, Alberto M. Meer, former Vice-Chairman of the Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation (RCBC), and Antonio M. Meer, former member of the Board of Directors and General Counsel of the Philippine Long Distance Telephone Company (PLDT) were the founding partners. Lamberto L. Meer, a distinguished corporate and tax practitioner, is the managing partner of the firm.
